The house itself has been restored to a very high standard and has all the old charm that is typical of the Haute-Savoie. With its large rooms, lovely garden and beautiful views, it offers comfort & relaxation.

Le Chant du Nant is also ideally situated in the Portes du Soleil region of the French Alps which offers excellent holiday or hobby opportunities for all the family, all year round.

Le Biot is a warm and welcoming village. With the centre only a five minute walk away, you'll find a bakers, fromagerie, bar/restaurant, office de tourism, post office and sports facilities such as, tennis court, football pitch, boules and basket ball courts, all very typical of many French villages.
